for a moment, my heart totally crashed, was about to cry actually, but still got a teeny weeny bit of hope in my heart so.....

then the next thing is....

before that our conductor was like telling us, "don't put ur hopes up too high ok? I'm very very proud of you, but it just wasn't there. So no crying later on ok?"
i tell u, that instant right, im like "O.O WTH"~~~
i tot we didnt do as well, but at least still got abit of hope of getting GwH...
though everyone commented as though it was terrible, but hey, i did feel goosebumps during ave o.o a little, mr toh was like, ABOUT TO CRY (not joking! trust first row de :D)
basically we went sharp, white horses starting rhythm was wrong, miao jia got one tenor solo came in wrong (or is it we were slow o.o?) kinda draggy,
but, i really like, focused until my eyeballs wan pop out and gave in my super super superrrr best,
so i really hoped it paid off =.= like COME ON??????!!!!
jemimah was crying though o.o becuz she was touched after yingjun sang the first sop solo~
HOWEVER, our hopes got back up again after cornelius was like saying, theres this guy who posts on a live blog after every choir performance, and that particular guy was like commenting "Clearly a goldwithhonours!"
wow.
den afterwards a VS friend, clement, smsed rachkoh and told her that we rocked and totally trashed VS and anderson...=.=

den really lor. we got goldwithhonours.

i think we could've done better, THERES ALWAYS ROOM FOR IMPROVEMENT :D
but for now, i really want to enjoy the fruits of our labour for just this period. i desperately need some happiness to boost myself up after the dropping of my grades and some emo probs =.=

im serious ok. choir is more important than academics, at least for this period.
then we were outside VCH screaming/hugging/shouting/crying/wailing/cheering/shakinghands/takingpics/morescreamings!!!
i really wanted to cry =.= (honestly) but couldn't =.= sorry, i really tried u know~
but cant stop smiling =) is like smiling with my mouth damn wide, showing teeth for like the entire day XD!!!

its our so called TRADITIONAL choir song, we sang it like, almost after every successive competition ;)
to show how much we love our seniors, we love mrtoh&teachers, how much we love AHSCHOIRRR~~!!!
den we zi-high alot, everyone was staring at us like WTF =.=

We've put in so much effort for this SYF,
esp 3 weeks ago, when we almost breakdown becuz we're not moving on in ANY WAY and burdening our conductor and the entire choir,
but we finally break through the goddamn barrier, and WE MADE IT XD
NO REGRETS PPL.
becuz what we've gained most importantly is not the goldwithhononours (aiya dr.boon super happy one la),
but that we've grown and matured, and overcame our weakness through this SYF,
and not to show that we're better than the rest of the choirs,
BUT TO SHOW WHAT WE'VE DONE AND HOW WE APPRECIATE AND TREASURE MUSIC,
and to show what WE'RE MADE OF.
to be an inspiration to other choirs, to say proudly, "WHAT WE CAN DO, SO CAN YOU"

THANKS FOR EVERYTHING YOU ALL HAD DONE TO MAKE THIS SUCCESSIVE.
WE WILL CONTINUE TO STRIVE OUR LEGACY AND HARDWORK AND NEVER EVER EVER FALL AND SURRENDER TO FAILURE!
