Well...im back from Olomouc trip :D and there's like SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO much to talk about...but i wont be like blaberring of every single day of programmes...cuz i think theres not enough space for me :D Firstly, lemme tell ya, it was WAYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY better than the china trip... China trip, (i mean the programmes) was generally a piece of temporary memory tat just slips my mind so easily, CUZ EVERYTHING WAS JUST TOO BORING =.= and pls be reminded, the choir trip was for competition, and NOT FOR SIGHTSEEING, though there must be some sightseeing... and every sightseeing was illuminating, also because we went to a european country, and not an asian one... though i know if like we went to vietnam instead of china i would be more delighted... to put it across, the olomouc trip WAS JUST TOO FANTASTIC... we get to interact with other people without being "arranged" to do that... and this interaction was just too beautiful for me, i was enjoying myself, looking FORWARD to the next programme the ENTIRE TIME! you know, we actually danced with small little children (european children), around the tree in circles, with the adults (european) playing the instrument? it was not pre-arranged, it was just a sudden activity, and then everyone was smiling and enjoying ourselves as we hold the small childrens' hands and danced, this simple activity is just very unforgettable to me, it was my first-time experience, have you ever expericenced it? i bet not, not during china trip or any other trips either, in other trips im like "can we go back to the bus?' theres no rollercoaster rides for us in olomouc, theres no theme park that we went to, and we also didnt went to the EURO world cup thingy, but the anticipation was always within me, the entire time, how fascinating is that seriously?
And im SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO heartbroken to be leaving there, because living there was just like fantasy, i get to do things i've wanted to do just to experience their culture, and heck the climate there ok? its like air-con climate, as in u feel as though u've turned on the aircon in singapore, is damn shuang ok! man, how did the school planned the programme for china trip zzz? i learn basically nothing, but here i learnt soooooo sooooooooooooooooo much! and dr.boon was like, "china trip is first priority" man, she's so wrong, but she did send us off in the airport on 2nd june :D and that's nice!
By the way, we got 99/100 and a HIGH gold!!!!! it was TOTALLY UNEXPECTED OK?!! we totally OWNED the european choirs, or rather, all the SINGAPORE choir owned the european choirs, when we were practicing infront of some european choirs, they actually laughed at us when we sang those like asian songs, and im like "go to hell man" and apparently they suck...no technique, no dynamics whatsoever my gosh, singapore choirs is total ownage!!! and RJC choir got 100 for 3 categories, MJC also got 100 points for idunnowhat category, VS got 91 and 99 for 2 categories, people, we just made AHS proud :D never....NEVER expected 99 or even a gold! im like, 91 A* is our aim... we ROCK the WORLD! and its not just ANY GOLD...its a HIGH gold...;] i wanna really applause for EVERYONE's hard work to attain this achievement, and EVERYONE's support for us! *clap clap clap*
We've been through so much stuff there, sickness, bad weather, quarrels, but we just pulled through everything! and from this trip, i've bonded soooo much with the sec2s, especially with my queens XD eugenia, rachel, shijia, danica, and my dear partner YEEYINGGGG :D:D not forgetting other people also!!! I don't think i'll ever feel lonely again! becuz i've got my queens and sisters!!!! =] choir now means so much to me >< it means everything, basically, just like how the sec4s felt, you should have seen how badly they cried, and this is their last competition with us, they are so so soooo devastated to leave, just so sad, and seeing them sad makes me sad too, they r great seniors, they are the initiative ones, the ones who creates laughter in our choir... ARGHHH~ i've just bonded sooooooooo soooooooooooo much with choir, and im gonna be very very and EVER loving and dedicating to it! =] choir is my FAMILY! my 2nd family, and hell, we have a great teachers-in-charge and a wonderful conductor, mr benjamin tan, ms farah, mrs yeo and mr toh, they are fantastic ok?! best teachers i've ever known~
well, i shall be posting the pics one by one in every other post, now just tooo full of emotions to be posting, and very very very tired~ guess what, i woke up at 4 pm today...zzz but this memory...is everlasting...unforgettable... im sure you'll feel the same way if you had come with us...too valuable for me... if there's a memory i must not forget, it will probably be this one i guess =) (just to show how wonderful this trip is to me)
and to the sec4s, WE WILL NEVER FORGET YOU, YOU WILL ALWAYS BE IN OUR HEARTS!! THE MOST WONDERFUL, MOST COMMITTED AND DEDICATED SENIORS OF OUR LIVES! WE LOVE YOU!!!
